In my project I questioned whether or not one can "think" oneself to victory.  Sixty random participants each shot ten foul shots. Separated into three equal groups, some visualized, some practiced, and some simply shot unfocused. All results were recorded, and the practicing and visualizing groups were video taped. My conclusion was that the body does achieve what the mind believes.
